Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our FreeLake Support Team.

Since most orders are shipped on the same day, if your order has already been processed and dispatched, it cannot be canceled directly. In this case, the order will be shipped as planned. Should you still wish to cancel, we will initiate the return process by providing a pre-paid shipping label to facilitate the return of the items. 

 

30-day Risk-free Return Policy

You are eligible to return any item(s) within 30 days of receipt.

All returned items must be disassembled and repackaged as they were originally received.

The 30-day risk-free return policy applies to all item(s).

Return After 30 Days of Receipt

 

After 30 days from the date of receipt, the product will be covered under the warranty provided with the product. We understand that issues may arise beyond the initial 30-day return period. How to Return a Product
If you would like to return a product, please follow these guidelines:

Step 1: Contact our FreeLake Support Team before returning a product. We will respond with return instructions within 24 hours.

Step 2: Once your return request is approved, our service team will issue a pre-paid shipping label to you. Please affix this label to your package and send it back to us.

Step 3: We will track the package and process your refund promptly after receiving and inspecting the package. Your refund will be credited back to your account within the standard 3-7 working days.

Replace a Damaged, Defective, or Broken Product
If you receive a product with quality issues or damages, please contact our freelake Support Team. We provide free returns, replacement with a new product, and comprehensive technical support.
